Tables and chairs will be delivered and placed neatly under the tent for your convenience. If you’d like assistance with setup, we’re happy to provide that for an additional fee.
Delivery is calculated based on mileage and will be included in your custom quote.

How Booking Works
1. Submit Your Inquiry
Start by sending over as much detail as possible so we can build an accurate quote.
Please include:
• Event type (graduation party, wedding, etc.)
• Event date
• Event location (full address)
• Guest count
• Items you're interested in
• Name, phone number, and email
The more details you provide, the better we can plan your setup.
2. Receive Your Quote & Contract
We’ll review your details and send over a custom quote based on your event.
Once everything looks good, we’ll send a contract and invoice to officially move forward.
3. Secure Your Date
Your date is secured once the contract is signed and payment is made.
We do book up quickly, especially during peak season, so we recommend locking in your date as soon as possible.
4. Final Details & Event Setup
About 1–2 weeks before your event, we’ll reach out to confirm final details and timing.
• Tents are typically set up the day before your event
• Pickup is scheduled for the day after
• Tables and chairs are delivered and left neatly stacked unless setup is requested
